POST OFFICE REQUIRED ADDRESS PLACEMENT:

POST OFFICE REQUIRED "MOVE UPDATE" (Post Office term):
Effective Nov. 23, 2008, per postal regulations, "NCOA/Move Update" standards will be extended to ALL discounted mail. The "NCOA/Update" processing period, now 185 days, will be 95 days prior to mailing. We charge $3/M, $55 minimum, for this service.
If address list is generated mail house, this requirement should be satisfied.
